1/2 cup golden raisins
1/3 cup pepitas
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup goji berries
8 oz organic tempeh
1/4 cup olive oil
1 1/2 lemons. juiced
1 tbs maple syrup ground pepper to taste
